Guests are accepted from 1 May to 30 September.

There are 8 apartments in the main building with balcony which was reconstructed in 2016 - 4 in the first floor and 4 the second one. You can enter these apartments using outside back staircase. Each first floor apartment has its own entrance from the balcony (gallery). The peculiarity of each apartment in the second floor - it has two French style balconies orientated to different world sides.

There are 7 apartments in the Scandinavian-style wooden building which is placed in the yard and was constructed in 2013. Each apartment has its own entrance and a private space for outside leisure. In the yard there is free parking for cars, a shaded area and a shed for bicycles and prams.

The interiors of the Vila Paulina apartments are notable for their motifs, suggestive of and named after well known world tourist destinations.

Apartments in the 1st and 2nd floors of main building

All apartments in this building are 2-person, 1-room apartments with area 23-24 sq.m. each. There is one double bed, a kitchenette and shower.  Each apartment has two windows orientated respectively to north east, to east and south, to south and west and  to west and north. Each apartment on the first floor has its outdoor furniture (table and 2 chairs) in the gallery. One can enter to apartments on the 2nd floor through corridor. The street, pine forest and sea are to the west from the main building. The price is 45 € to 90 € depending on the season.

These 4-person, 3-room apartments occupy 42 m² over 2 storeys. On the ground floor there is a lounge (living room), kitchenette and shower, while on the upper level there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The price is 60 € to 125 €.
Toscana 
These 3-person, 2-room apartments occupy 26 m² over 2 storeys. On the ground floor there is a lounge (living room), kitchenette and shower, while on the upper level there is 1 bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. The price is 50 € to 95 €.
Elada
These 3-person, 2-room apartments occupy 26 m² over 2 storeys. On the ground floor there is a lounge (living room), kitchenette and shower, while on the upper level there is 1 bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. The price is 50 € to 95 €.
Sri Lanka
These 2-person apartments of 30 m² are on the upper level and they have one bedroom. The entry is from a veranda. The bedroom has one double bed and there is a kitchenette and shower. The price is 52 € to 97 €.
Inca
These 2-person, 1-room apartments of 26 m² are on the ground floor. There is one double bed, a kitchenette and shower. The price is 44 € to 74 €.
Berber
These 2-person, 1-room apartments of 25 m² are on the ground floor. There is one double bed, a kitchenette and shower. The price is or 44 € to 74 €.
